Question about Golf Logix GPS?

I am thinking about getting a GPS Golf Logix Garmin. The stand-alone model, not the Smartphone version. Who has experience with Really? Good bad or ugly, I would like to hear your thoughts. Thanks for your help.

It is really good reviews overall. My dad has it and loves her, but on a course he plays a lot, it is not very accurate. He worked with Garmin on the phone and even tries again "the course for him, but there are as many trees there, it may simply be impossible. If there are others who are using the GolfLogix your favorite courses, then you can probably be assured that it comes to you be a good information. There is not one of fancy GPS devices that show images of the hole, but the front, middle and back are a few dangers and all that most people really need.

is the BlackBerry 8330 Boost Mobile worth?

Boost Mobile has finally come, with its own smart phone. I currently have a 8350i, which I have been trying To unlock with Boost (but still can not) and pay $ 50/month for unlimited talk, text and web. As I unlock it can not itself, I was gonna somebody to pay to do it, but now I saw that Boost Mobile is offering the 8330 for 60 USD. The only difference is that the 8330 does not have push to talk (which I do not use anyway.) Does anyone have this phone and it is a better choice than what I already have? Even when working with the BBM boost plan?

Yes BBM works with boost. I think it is somehow slow. And the applications are stored on the phone, and I do not know how they move on a Micro-SD card. There is supposedly an older software version that allows this, but I do not know what it is. I installed a few free apps like Facebook, xenozu is Bible, Pandora, and my memory is already "in the red. "Even when you download Facebook, it was cold, or just takes too long (which it often seems), and during the download, my memory went drastically without install it, and I had to do it again. The push e-mail option is indeed cool. I have not tried to go to the options and to choose not to compress files to make it faster, but someone said it might make it faster. Any other questions?

Cell Phone tracking device?

Does anyone know of a cell phone company that has GPS devices to locate the phone, without notifiying the user that they are being tracked? For instance, tracking a teen that is not where they are suppose to be. If they KNOW they are being tracked they get smart on how to get around it, thus making the service useless. So far the three I have found send a text to the tracked phone to let them know it’s being tracked.

I don’t know of a cell phone GPS tracking device that doesn’t tell the person they are being tracked but if you are an overly concerned parent you might find this article and device interesting.

What would be my best option as far as a cell phone plan goes?

I havent had a phone in over a year. I used to have cingular but i doubt i will go back unless there is a good deal there. I am on a very very low budget but I really need a cell phone. I would like a nice phone with a camera and all the other extras but i wouldnt need anything to extreme like a smart phone or a blackberry. I would like a plan with unlimited texting and I would not require a lot of minutes per month because i would mostly text. Rollever might be nice or perhaps something like my circle from altell. I have heard from one person something a/b altell having a prepaid service with free unlimited texting and then no obligation to buy minutes. Is this true? Thanks to all who reply with helpful information.

I signed up through Sprint and the Simply Everythign 450 plan. You get 450 voice minutes, ulimited mobile to mobile (Sprint) minutes, unlimited nights and weekends included (7 pm – 7 am), unlimited text/picture/video messaging, and unlimited date/Internet services. It’s about $75 including surcharges and taxes.

Great reception, great speed, no dropped calls. I have the Instinct as well. Absolutely no complaints and the 450 minutes is more than enough for me.

The Many Ways to Track a Cell Phone Number Owner

If you want to track a cell phone number owner, there are really just three things you can do: (A) answer the phone when the number calls you, (B) hire a private detective to pose as a telemarketer for glow-in-the-dark condoms, or (C) use a reverse lookup company for mobile, telephone, or cellular numbers.

Of course, all solutions are based on the scenario that you’re being stalked by a loose-screwed psycho with a cell phone number that’s not on your contact list. Using solution A can tricky, as the caller might just hang up on you the moment you answer your call or worse, do a Hollywood-esque spiel like “I know WHO you did last summer…”

On the other hand, tracking by hiring a private detector is going to cost you a lot of money. And really now, detective agencies rarely have the knack for effective telesales calls.

A reverse lookup thus far is the most effective strategy you can take on. There are many reverse lookup companies on the Internet. Many of them are very good companies – the main downside to them is the price. Some charge as high as $25 per search. Other websites, meanwhile, charge a one-time fee – some as high as $59.

You can try looking for a free reverse lookup company tracker. Chances are, you’ll be like most Internet users – you don’t where to find them or you refuse to believe that they exist. In most cases, you might yourself hopping from one free reverse lookup service to another – hoping to find something that is perfectly legit and with an extensive database of numbers.

The common belief is that you won’t be able to find a very good free service on the Internet – for a very good reason. Cell phone service providers privately keep the database of their subscribers. It’s like they’re holding their database of cell phone subscribers in the palm of their hands. In order to tickle their hands open, the companies offering reverse lookup companies have to pay for access to the database. It can cost up to tens of thousands of dollars just to acquire and keep these databases updated.

The Balance In Favor

If you’re using a reverse lookup company, it is easy to track down a cell phone number owner. You will only need to enter the cell phone number and the results will be generated for you.

A typical lookup would have this kind of information:

The owner’s name
Cell phone company

In some cases, the information could be expanded to include the owner’s legal records, like if he or she has done time in jail, how times married and divorced, among other records. In choosing a reverse lookup company, what you should think about is the money-back guarantee. You should also think about how excellent customer support is. You certainly don’t want to waste your money on something that doesn’t work for you. And you really won’t like it if the company you booked doesn’t even reply to your emails.

How can I track where my cell phone is for free?

How to track mobile phone

If you keep it in your pocket, you’ll always know where it is.

Seriously, you can’t do anything for free on a mobile network. The operator can track your mobile, but it takes an expensive system to do that. They don’t share that stuff for free.

Your phone can tell you which cell towers you’re connected to, but it can’t send that information to another phone without a) having a special phone to receive the information, b) making a call or sms to the special phone.

Boost Weak Cell Service At Home: Your Options
Verizon Wireless’s “Dead Zone” ads may be creepy, but they capture the essence of a problem familiar to many cell phone users: When you’re indoors, even within your carrier’s coverage area, the network’s signal sometimes simply isn’t strong enough to support voice calls or data services. A slew of products now address the problem–but they don’t come cheap.
